Preliminary Planning

This first step allows us to sit down with the homeowner and listen. We feel that this is one of the most important meetings in the entire building process because it allows us to hear firsthand what is important in the eyes of the Homeowner. This meeting helps us get acquainted with the family, their needs, and expectations. During this meeting we discuss architectural styles, plan designs and budgets.
Using what we have learned from the initial meet, we began to work on a plan that meets all the requirements of the Homeowner and prepare a preliminary packet with design ideas, material lists, ect. Once all aspects of plan design and details are approved and a budget has been finalized, documents are submitted for permits approval and to finalize the loan process.

Construction Phase

Once all final approvals are obtained we began construction. Our construction process us usually high paced. Due to our relationship with our subcontractors and suppliers we are able to keep a tight schedule while maintaining quality of craftsmanship. Homeowners are provided with a timeline to make necessary selections and are always encouraged to communicate with us as questions or changes requests arise.

Post Construction

Once construction is complete, all funds have been dispersed and all inspections and walkthroughs have been satisfied, we hand over the keys to the Homeowners.
